Welcome to Fresh Prints and Laser.

These Terms of Service explain the conditions under which we sell products, accept orders and provide personalised and bespoke services through our website.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms applicable to your purchase. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Our products and services include personalised gifts, custom clothing, sublimation printing, laser engraving and cutting, signage, photography, wall art, garden products and bespoke commissions.

2. Products and Services

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials and pricing.

Because many items are individually produced, natural variations may occur, particularly in wooden products and handmade items.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, materials, printing processes and lighting.

We will ensure that goods supplied correspond with their descriptions and meet applicable legal quality requirements.

3. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean we have accepted it.

A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order, including through a dispatch confirmation or other express acceptance.

If we cannot accept an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken.

We may decline orders where a product is unavailable, a specification cannot reasonably be fulfilled, payment cannot be authorised, or the requested work would be unlawful or infringe another party's rights.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

Prices will include applicable taxes where required.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed or agreed before payment.

We offer free standard UK delivery on selected products where stated.

Payment must be completed using an accepted payment method before an order is processed, unless alternative terms have been expressly agreed.

We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you before proceeding and offer the opportunity to accept the corrected price or receive a refund.

5. Personalised and Bespoke Orders

Many Fresh Prints and Laser products are made to individual customer requirements.

These may include personalised clothing, engraved gifts, custom mugs, signs, handcrafted products and photographic items.

Customers are responsible for checking the accuracy of the personalisation information they submit, including names, dates, spelling, wording, measurements, colours and supplied artwork.

Where a proof or design approval is provided, customers should review it carefully before approving production.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes, but once production has begun, alterations may not always be possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

6. Customer-Supplied Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers may provide photographs, logos, illustrations, text or other artwork for use in personalised products.

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the relevant rights or have permission to authorise its use for the requested purpose.

You grant Fresh Prints and Laser a limited, non-exclusive licence to reproduce, adapt where agreed and use the supplied material solely as reasonably necessary to fulfil your order.

You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights you hold in your submitted artwork.

We may refuse work that we reasonably believe infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy rights or other applicable laws.

We may contact you to request clarification or evidence of permission where appropriate.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of a third party's intellectual property.

7. Original Designs and Artwork

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, copyright and other intellectual property rights in original artwork created by Fresh Prints and Laser remain with their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a physical product does not automatically transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce the underlying design commercially.

Any agreed commercial licensing or transfer of artwork rights must be confirmed separately in writing.

Where an original design is created specifically for a customer, the applicable usage rights will be explained in the relevant quotation or agreement.

8. Design Proofs and Approvals

For certain bespoke projects, we may supply digital design proofs before production.

Customers should check all relevant details carefully and communicate any corrections.

Approval authorises production in accordance with the agreed proof and specifications.

Minor differences arising from materials, manufacturing methods or normal colour reproduction tolerances may occur, provided the finished goods remain consistent with their description and agreed requirements.

Approval does not remove or restrict statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

9. Production and Delivery

Production and delivery times depend on the product, personalisation requirements, quantity and delivery arrangements.

Our personalised wooden keepsake boxes normally require approximately 3–5 working days for production.

Other estimated processing times will be provided on the relevant product listing or agreed before purchase.

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Royal Mail is normally used for smaller parcels, although other suitable carriers may be used.

Larger products may require alternative courier arrangements or collection by prior agreement.

Where a delivery period has not been agreed, we will comply with the applicable statutory delivery requirements.

10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your cancellation and return rights depend on the nature of the product and the circumstances of the purchase.

Eligible standard products purchased online generally benefit from a statutory 14-day cancellation period after delivery.

Goods genuinely made to a customer's individual specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right.

An item is not automatically exempt merely because it is produced after an order is received.

Customers retain their statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods, including personalised products.

11. Faulty or Damaged Goods

We aim to supply products that meet the standards required by UK consumer law.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us with your order details and an explanation of the issue.

We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or restricts your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

12. Garden Furniture and Handcrafted Wooden Products

Wood is a natural material and may contain variations in grain, texture, knots and colour.

Outdoor wooden products may change appearance over time due to weather exposure, moisture, sunlight and normal ageing.

These natural characteristics will not necessarily constitute defects, provided the products meet their description, agreed specifications and applicable quality requirements.

Customers should follow any relevant care, installation and maintenance instructions supplied with their products.

Custom dimensions, finishes and delivery arrangements will be confirmed before an order is accepted.

13. Photography, Wall Art and Prints

Photography and wall art may be supplied in different sizes, finishes and materials, including canvas and aluminium where offered.

Customers should carefully review the selected size, finish, orientation and other available options before ordering.

Print appearance may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances, depending on the chosen material and display conditions.

Where a customer supplies an image, they are responsible for confirming they have the appropriate rights to authorise printing.

If an image is unsuitable for the requested print size or quality, we may contact the customer to discuss alternatives.

14. Digital Products

Where digital files or downloadable products are offered, the product listing will specify the file format and relevant usage permissions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product does not transfer copyright.

Where the customer expressly agrees to immediate delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium and acknowledges the resulting loss of the statutory cancellation right, that right may be lost once supply begins, in accordance with applicable law.

Any required consent and acknowledgement will be obtained before supply begins.

Faulty digital content remains subject to applicable statutory consumer protections.

15. Website Content

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date.

Product availability, specifications and prices may change.

We may update website content, introduce new products or discontinue products without prior notice, subject to existing contractual commitments.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website.

16. Responsible Use

Customers must not use our website or services for unlawful purposes.

We may decline requests involving unlawful material, infringement of intellectual property rights or other content that we reasonably consider cannot lawfully be produced.

This does not affect rights arising under orders we have already accepted.

17. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these terms restricts the remedies available to consumers under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
